After informal and formal billing-dispute channels stalled, we filed a concise PUC complaint on a CT-ratio error. Package contained: nameplate photos, programming screenshot from the meter, side-by-side usage comparison, and the exact tariff language on meter multipliers. Complaint was acknowledged in 11 days and the credit was issued 19 days after that. Total recovered $27,800. The key was keeping the narrative to two pages plus exhibits. Happy to share the outline if useful.
