PG&E Schedule E-19 customer. The 2025 rate case expanded the peak window and raised the peak demand charge, but the billing system continued to use the old 12–6 pm definition for two full summer months after the effective date. Interval data confirms the extra hours were billed at the on-peak energy rate instead of partial-peak. Difference is material on a 1.2 MW load. We have the tariff effective-date language and the interval extracts ready. Anyone else catch post-rate-case window lag on E-19 or similar large TOU schedules?
