Multi-tenant warehouse with three sub-meters. Nameplates clearly show 400:5 CTs, but the billing system has them configured at 200:5. The error has been in place since the meters were swapped in 2023. Main meter total is consistent with the sum of the corrected sub-meter reads. Utility has agreed the configuration is wrong. Preliminary credit calculation is $31,200 across the three accounts. I am requesting the physical CT inspection report and the programming logs before we close. Does anyone have a preferred template for documenting CT nameplate vs. programmed ratio when the utility is cooperative?
