Cultivation audits live or die on interval data and I am hitting a wall with one utility.
LOA is executed and on file. They acknowledge the LOA. They will provide billing history going back
36 months without complaint. Interval data they say is available only through their customer portal,
and the portal only exposes 13 months.
I need 24 to analyze the ratchet properly and to reconstruct what set the peak.
Things I have tried. Formal written request citing the tariff provision on customer access to their
own usage data. Escalation to the key account rep, who was pleasant and unhelpful. Asking the client
to request it directly under their own name rather than through me.
Things I have not tried and am considering. An informal complaint to the commission, which feels
disproportionate. A public records request, which does not apply to an IOU.
Anyone found a reliable path here? I suspect the data exists in their MDM system indefinitely and the
13 month limit is a portal design choice, not a retention policy, but I cannot prove that.
