Property management firm asking us to look at 47 centers across 3 states. Each has 2-12 meters (anchor + inline + outparcels). Total ~280 accounts. Don't want to scope a 6-month project for what might be 80% common-mode findings. Considering doing a deep audit on 5 representative properties first then templating from there.
