Auto plant with 4 separate accounts at one site — combine or keep split?

Stamping plant has 4 ConEd accounts feeding different sections of the building (legacy from when it was 4 tenants). Each on EL9. Combined demand ~600 kW but each individual account peaks at 90-150 kW. Wondering if consolidating to a single primary service would actually save money or if the EL2 thresholds and ICAP allocations make the math worse. Anyone done this calc?
