Walked a customer service yesterday and the CT nameplate reads 800:5 but the billing multiplier on the bill is calculated at 200. Either the meter shop installed wrong CTs or the billing dept never updated when the service was upsized. Difference is 4x. Asked utility for the meter test report and got 'we'll get back to you.' What documentation have you all used to force the correction without it turning into a 6-month engineering review?
