Six months into a LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach campaign targeting facility managers. 2,400 connection requests, 31% accept rate, 6% responded to follow-up, 2 engagements closed. Numbers feel low. What are you seeing?

LinkedIn outreach — response rates after 6 months
Your acceptance rate is solid, response rate is actually above average. LinkedIn is a slow-burn channel for this work — I tell people to measure it on 18-month cycles, not 6-month. Two closed out of 2,400 touches isn't bad when one engagement can be $50K+.
Agree with Stephanie. But I'd also audit your message framing. "I help companies recover utility billing errors" gets 2% response. "I just found $X in refunds for a property similar to yours — want me to send the case study?" gets 8-10%. Specificity wins on LinkedIn.
