After 6 years in this business I just signed a restaurant franchise group with 47 locations across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Three different utilities (Georgia Power, Alabama Power, and TVA distributors). First pass on 5 locations found rate classification errors on 3 of them. This is going to be a great year.

Landed my biggest client yet - 47 locations across the Southeast
Congrats Arnold. Restaurant chains are bread and butter for auditors - pun intended. Those franchise locations almost always have the same errors repeated across multiple sites. Find the pattern on 5 and you can check all 47 in a fraction of the time.
Outstanding work. This is what the business looks like when the pipeline matures. Keep us posted on the total recovery - I have a feeling this one is going to be a big number.
Quick update - finished the first 20 locations. Found errors on 11 of them. Total projected recovery so far is $127K in retroactive refunds plus about $3,400/month ongoing. Still have 27 locations to go.
