Books that changed how I work

Not utility-specific but books that improved my audit practice. What are yours?

Mine: "Getting Things Done" by David Allen — completely changed how I manage my audit pipeline. And "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss — transformed how I negotiate refund amounts with utilities.
"The E-Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber. Made me realize I needed to build a business, not just be a technician who audits bills. That book is why I hired my first analyst.
"Spin Selling" by Neil Rackham. Changed my sales approach from pitching to asking diagnostic questions. My close rate went from 20% to over 50%.
Saving this thread. Need to read all of these.
