Intermountain Gas Idaho - Rate Schedule 101 vs 131?

Can someone help me understand the difference between Intermountain Gas Schedule 101 (General Service) and Schedule 131 (Large General Service) here in Idaho? I have a client with about 150,000 therms annual usage and they're currently on 101. The rate structures look similar but 131 has a different commodity charge. Trying to figure out if it's worth requesting a rate change.
Kent, Schedule 131 typically kicks in around 125,000-150,000 therms annually, so your client is right on the borderline. The main differences are usually: (1) lower commodity charges on 131 due to volume, (2) different seasonal rate structures, and (3) sometimes different connection charges. I'd run the numbers both ways using last year's usage data. With 150K therms, you're probably looking at $2,000-4,000 annual savings on 131, but double-check the minimum monthly charges.
