Intermountain Gas Billing Discrepancy - Schedule 23

Having issues with an Intermountain Gas billing discrepancy on Schedule 23 (large commercial). Customer has been getting billed for 150% of actual usage for the past 8 months. The meter reads are correct, but something in their billing system is applying the wrong multiplier. Monthly overbilling is about $3,200, so we're looking at $25K+ in refunds. Intermountain has been slow to respond. Anyone dealt with their billing department recently?
Intermountain can be challenging to work with on billing corrections. I'd recommend escalating to their Commercial Customer Service supervisor level immediately. Document everything in writing and reference their Schedule 23 tariff language specifically. Also request copies of all meter reading records vs. billing records to clearly show the discrepancy. The 150% multiplier error sounds like they have the wrong meter configuration in their system.
