ConEd rate increase effective March 1st - what to watch for

Heads up everyone - ConEd just filed for a significant rate increase effective March 1st. I'm seeing delivery charges go up about 12% across most commercial rate classes. Has anyone started reviewing February vs March bills yet to quantify the impact? I have several clients in Manhattan and the Bronx who are going to see substantial increases. Wondering if there are any specific line items or riders that are changing more dramatically than others.
Thanks for the heads up! I've got about 15 ConEd accounts I audit regularly. The increase is hitting the basic service charge and the delivery demand charge the hardest from what I'm seeing. Rate classes SC-8 and SC-9 are seeing delivery charges jump from $8.42/kW to $9.67/kW. Also seeing a new 'system improvement charge' of $0.15/kW that wasn't there before. Definitely worth reviewing all ConEd bills from March forward.
I can confirm the rate increases are significant. Just finished comparing February and March bills for a large retail client on SC-9. Their monthly bill went up $1,847 just from the rate changes alone - no increase in usage. The new system improvement charge is particularly painful for high-demand customers. Chris D. is right about the delivery demand charge increase being the biggest hit. Worth noting this could be a good time to audit ConEd accounts since clients will be more motivated to find savings.
