AEP can be picky about power quality issues affecting net metering credits. Voltage regulation problems usually indicate the solar inverters aren't properly synchronized with the grid. If the system was properly installed and commissioned, the client should get full credit for all generation. Document the disputed amounts and file a formal complaint if AEP won't cooperate.
