I have a client on Duke Energy Carolinas Schedule LGS and I'm struggling to understand their time-of-use periods. The tariff shows different seasonal periods and the billing seems inconsistent. Summer months show peak hours 1-7 PM weekdays, but the bills don't seem to match. Has anyone worked with this rate schedule recently?
