Just ran into an interesting situation with DTE Energy in Portland. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 100:5. The Schedule MGS rate schedule clearly states seasonal rates apply May-October, but the bill shows 30-min intervals being used.

Had the exact same problem with Xcel Energy last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
