Follow-up on my earlier post about meter configuration. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $67,000 going back 3 years.

Good thread. I want to emphasize what Tim H said about demand charges. This comes up frequently and the correct approach is to always verify against the published tariff, never assume the bill is right.
