Been auditing strip mall accounts for 3 years and never seen this before. We pulled 48 months of billing history and found the demand reset failure started in 2015. The utility''s position is that the rate change was communicated, but the tariff language doesn''t support that.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from PPL Electric. That''s what cracked my case open.
Be careful with MLGW''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
