Anyone else noticing Alabama Power changing their fuel adjustments procedures? The Schedule GL-1 rate schedule clearly states demand measured at 15-min intervals, but the bill shows no PF adjustment shown. The meter nameplate shows 400:5 but the billing system has 200:5.
