Need some experienced eyes on a Alliant Energy billing issue. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $3,800/month going back 5 years.

Funniest billing error you''ve ever found?
Be careful with ConEd''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 4 years.
Be careful with Idaho Power''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 5 years.
Be careful with TVA''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 2 years.
Pro tip: ask for the billing determinant detail, not just the bill summary. The devil''s in the details with Alliant Energy.
