Quick question for the group about ratchet clauses. We pulled 18 months of billing history and found the load factor miscalculation started in 2012. Three of the 18 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

Be careful with ComEd''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
