How many clients can one auditor handle?

Had a breakthrough on a DTE Energy case this week. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 300:5.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from ConEd. That''s what cracked my case open.
Solid analysis. One thing I''d add is to verify the ratchet at 80% of peak against the original service application.
Had the exact same problem with TECO Energy last year. Took about 24 months to resolve but got full refund.
Jim L, you should also check the meter configuration while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
Excellent discussion everyone. Brenda T, your approach on this Duke Energy case is solid. For newer members, this is a great example of why thorough tariff review is essential.
