Been auditing auto repair shop accounts for 3 years and never seen this before. The Schedule LGS rate schedule clearly states ratchet at 80% of peak, but the bill shows 100% ratchet applied. The demand ratchet is being applied at 100% instead of the tariff''s 80%.
