Need some experienced eyes on a FPL billing issue. The demand ratchet is being applied at 90% instead of the tariff''s 60%. The Schedule MGS rate schedule clearly states demand measured at 15-min intervals, but the bill shows 30-min intervals being used.

Be careful with Rocky Mountain Power''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 5 years.
