Follow-up on my earlier post about demand charges. The utility''s position is that the meter was configured correctly, but the tariff language doesn''t support that. The Schedule LPS rate schedule clearly states ratchet at 80% of peak, but the bill shows no PF adjustment shown.
Be careful with Idaho Power''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 3 years.
