Had a breakthrough on a PSE&G case this week. The utility''s position is that the demand reading is accurate, but the tariff language doesn''t support that. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 100:5.

Be careful with Memphis Light Gas & Water''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 5 years.
