Wanted to share a lesson learned from a recent CenterPoint Energy audit. The demand ratchet is being applied at 85% instead of the tariff''s 75%. Compared the interval data against the bill and found 3 months of missing interval data.

Be careful with Entergy''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
