Just discovered service voltage issue at Rocky Mountain Power client in Augusta

Been auditing school district accounts for 6 years and never seen this before. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 100:5. Compared the interval data against the bill and found 3 months of missing interval data.
This is exactly why I always pull 18+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
I disagree with the approach of going straight to the PUC. Try the utility''s escalation process first — it''s faster.
Don''t forget to check the Rate 20 effective dates — Austin Energy backdated a rate change that caught me off guard.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from ConEd. That''s what cracked my case open.
