Be careful with TECO Energy''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 2 years.
Had the exact same problem with FirstEnergy last year. Took about 18 months to resolve but got full refund.
Howard J, you should also check the tax exemptions while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
