Need some experienced eyes on a Southern California Edison billing issue. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. Three of the 24 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

This is exactly why I always pull 18+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
