iPad vs laptop for site visits

Quick question — do you bring a laptop or an iPad to site visits? I've been lugging my laptop but thinking about switching to an iPad for photos, notes, and quick tariff lookups.
iPad all the way. I use it to photograph meter nameplates, take notes, look up tariffs on the utility's website, and show clients examples from previous audits during presentations. Much easier to carry around a mechanical room than a laptop. I keep all my tariff PDFs in a folder on the iPad so they're available even without wifi.
I use my phone for photos and a small notebook for notes at the site. Then I enter everything into my laptop back at the office. Old school but it works. The site visit is about observation, not data entry.
Going to try the iPad approach. Being able to pull up the tariff on-site during the walkthrough sounds really useful. Thanks.
