Follow-up on my earlier post about meter configuration. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response. Three of the 24 months show estimated reads with no true-up.
Had the exact same problem with Rocky Mountain Power last year. Took about 24 months to resolve but got full refund.
