Need some experienced eyes on a Portland General Electric billing issue. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn't match the current tariff definition. Client's been paying $7,200 too much every month since 2012.

Be careful with NIPSCO's refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
Welcome insights here. I'd add that CPS Energy's billing system has had known issues with billing periods since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
