Anyone else noticing Eversource changing their estimated reads procedures? Compared the interval data against the bill and found TOU allocation doesn''t match meter timestamps. The utility''s position is that the rate change was communicated, but the tariff language doesn''t support that.

Caught MidAmerican Energy CT ratio mismatch going back 3 years
