Got a new school district client in Burlington and found something concerning. Compared the interval data against the bill and found TOU allocation doesn''t match meter timestamps. The meter nameplate shows 400:5 but the billing system has 300:5.

I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Eversource. That''s what cracked my case open.
Had the exact same problem with Kentucky Utilities last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
