Quick question for the group about tariff interpretation. Compared the interval data against the bill and found TOU allocation doesn't match meter timestamps. I've calculated total overcharges at approximately $89,000 going back 3 years.

Just discovered power factor penalty error at Duke Energy client in Portland
I'd recommend requesting the meter test records from PEPCO. That's what cracked my case open.
Good work Dave L. For the folks following along, this is a textbook example of why we check fuel adjustments on every audit.
Solid analysis. One thing I'd add is to verify the power factor minimum 0.95 against the original service application.
I disagree with the approach of going straight to the PUC. Try the utility's escalation process first — it's faster.
