Need some experienced eyes on a OG&E billing issue. The demand ratchet is being applied at 85% instead of the tariff's 60%. I've calculated total overcharges at approximately $3,100 going back 4 years.

Be careful with TECO Energy's refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 3 years.
