Got a new hospital client in Jacksonville and found something concerning. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 200:5. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $38,000 going back 6 years.

Rookie mistake I made auditing National Grid bills
Had the exact same problem with Avista last year. Took about 18 months to resolve but got full refund.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Oncor. That''s what cracked my case open.
Howard J, what was the client''s reaction when you showed them the $23,000 overcharge?
