Got a new bakery client in Wilmington and found something concerning. The meter nameplate shows 400:5 but the billing system has 300:5. Three of the 36 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

Client in Scottsdale — MidAmerican Energy demand reset failure for 4 years straight
Had the exact same problem with Memphis Light Gas & Water last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
Solid analysis. One thing I''d add is to verify the power factor minimum 0.95 against the original service application.
