Need some experienced eyes on a Consumers Energy billing issue. The utility''s position is that the rate change was communicated, but the tariff language doesn''t support that. Three of the 48 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

Welcome insights here. I''d add that PPL Electric''s billing system has had known issues with TOU allocation since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
