Had a breakthrough on a Alabama Power case this week. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $56,800 going back 2 years. The Rate 20 rate schedule clearly states seasonal rates apply May-October, but the bill shows no PF adjustment shown.
Don''t forget to check the Schedule LPS effective dates — TECO Energy backdated a rate change that caught me off guard.
