LinkedIn content that actually generates leads

I've been posting on LinkedIn consistently for 6 months and it's actually generating inbound leads. Not a flood, but 2-3 inquiries per month from people who saw my posts. Sharing what works for me in case it helps anyone.

The posts that get the most engagement are real case studies — not "I saved a client money" but "I found a CT ratio error on a ComEd account where the multiplier was set to 80 instead of 40, which doubled the client's demand charges for 3 years. Recovery: $94,000." Specific numbers and specific error types perform way better than generic "utility bills have errors" posts.
2-3 inbound leads per month from LinkedIn is solid. What's your posting frequency?
Three times per week. Monday I post a case study or finding. Wednesday I share a tariff tip or industry news. Friday I post something lighter — a question for the audience or a lesson learned. The case study posts get 5-10x more engagement than the tips. People love seeing real dollar amounts.
This is excellent advice. LinkedIn is the most underutilized marketing channel for utility bill auditors. The key insight here is specificity — real case studies with real numbers. Every auditor has stories like these. Sharing them consistently builds credibility over time. One post won't change your business. Six months of consistent posting absolutely will.
Just started posting on LinkedIn last week after reading this thread. Already got a comment from a facilities manager asking how to get their bills reviewed. This stuff works.
