Need some experienced eyes on a MidAmerican Energy billing issue. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 200:5. Compared the interval data against the bill and found 3 months of missing interval data.

I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from PEPCO. That''s what cracked my case open.
