Follow-up on my earlier post about meter configuration. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $89,000 going back 5 years. The Rate BES rate schedule clearly states power factor minimum 0.95, but the bill shows no PF adjustment shown.

I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from DTE Energy. That''s what cracked my case open.
