Follow-up on my earlier post about franchise fees. The Schedule GS-1 rate schedule clearly states seasonal rates apply May-October, but the bill shows 30-min intervals being used. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 300:5.
Anyone dealt with TECO Energy meter configuration?
Pro tip: ask for the billing determinant detail, not just the bill summary. The devil''s in the details with APS.
