Interesting development with my AEP Ohio dispute. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $42,000 going back 2 years.

Anyone dealt with Xcel Energy power factor penalties?
Great catch, Estelle M. I''ve seen DTE Energy do this before — it''s a systemic issue in their billing system.
Had the exact same problem with Georgia Power last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
Estelle M, you should also check the rider calculations while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
