Anyone else noticing JEA changing their voltage discounts procedures? Client''s been paying $2,400/month too much every month since 2018. Three of the 36 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

This is exactly why I always pull 36+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
