Quick question for the group about ratchet clauses. The utility''s position is that estimated reads are within tolerance, but the tariff language doesn''t support that. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition.

Good thread. I want to emphasize what Marie T said about tariff interpretation. This comes up frequently and the correct approach is to always verify against the published tariff, never assume the bill is right.
