Anyone else noticing Louisville Gas & Electric changing their rider calculations procedures? We pulled 12 months of billing history and found the estimated billing started in 2018. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 100:5.

Tricky load factor miscalculation situation at Duke Energy
Great catch, Gary S. I''ve seen Appalachian Power do this before — it''s a systemic issue in their billing system.
Dale H, you should also check the tax exemptions while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
Be careful with Louisville Gas & Electric''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 3 years.
Solid analysis. One thing I''d add is to verify the power factor minimum 0.95 against the original service application.
