Wanted to share a lesson learned from a recent FirstEnergy audit. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $4,200 going back 6 years. Three of the 48 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

Welcome insights here. I''d add that Portland General Electric''s billing system has had known issues with billing periods since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
