Wanted to share a lesson learned from a recent FirstEnergy audit. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $4,200 going back 6 years. Three of the 48 months show estimated reads with no true-up.

Janet J, you should also check the billing periods while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
Welcome insights here. I''d add that Portland General Electric''s billing system has had known issues with billing periods since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
